Fabrication:
Fry the minced meat in a pan with oil. If you are using chicken or mushrooms, cook them in a separate pan. Add onion and garlic and continue frying until they turn pink.
Add tomato paste and cook, stirring, for a short time. Then add grated tomatoes, add water and mix. You can add salt, black pepper and chili pepper optionally. Boil and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix by frying. Then add the milk little by little and let it boil, stirring constantly. Cook by stirring until it reaches a thick consistency. If you want, you can add salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
Add the lasagna noodles to boiling water and boil according to the instructions on the package. Drain the boiled pasta and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking.
Pour some minced meat sauce onto the bottom of the baking tray. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on top. Then add minced meat sauce, béchamel sauce and grated mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process 2-3 more times.
Just add béchamel sauce and mozzarella cheese on the last layer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Let the lasagna come out of the oven rest for 10 minutes, slice it and serve.
